Lungolago in Ascona
Ascona lies on the Lago Maggiore (English some thing like "Long Lake") and has a quaint little old town. It is especially beautiful to walk along the Lungolago, the lake shore, and then to dive into the little alleys. There are many old and colorful buildings and a magnificent view of the lake to be admired.

The Cache
To log the cache as found you have to find the many-headed but one-legged statue at the lake. It has an inscription on the statue and a plaque on the base of the statue. For the log password, take the first word of the plaque and attach the last 3 characters of the inscription on the statue to it without any spaces. Use the same case as on site.

Eyjafjallajökull
hat den Geocache gefunden
Heute in Ascona gewesen. Das Cachen stand weniger im Vordergrund. Kurz vor dem Verlassen des Orts noch diesen OC entdeckt. Mit etwas Glück war die Aufgabe zum Glück rasch erledigt. So gibt es hier auch endlich wieder mal einen Log.

Gratuliere Thai-TukTuk zum FTF!
Dank seinem Feedback ist die Beschreibung auch verbessert: Die Angaben zum Passwort sind präzisiert und das Versteckdatum vom Aufstellungsdatum der Statue auf das Datum der Cacheveröffentlichung gesetzt. Auch einen Tipp gibt es nun.

Wegen einer falsch verstandenen Anweisung für das Passwort ging es zuerst nicht. Aber man kann den Eigner ja fragen!
