For this quick webcam cache (http://217.13.181.97/), a GPS-Device is not absolutely necessary. The photo place is situated approximately 30 m upriver from the ship.
The photo should be taken in the big format. The photo must contain the clearly identifiable cacher between the stairs (like shown in the example).
Please be exceptionally carefully near the water. In cause of flood of the lower level, you are naturally allowed to use a place on the quay for taking the photo.

Ich plädiere für ein striktes Alkoholverbot für Webcams, die torkelt ja herum, als käme sie grad vom Komasaufen

Dort gibt es sogar ein offenes WLAN (in das ich aber trotzdem nicht reinkam),

Ich bin der im Anzug, kritisch beäugt von den oberkörperfreien Muggels (bei über 30°C kein Spass )
