WebCam - Exmouth NCI

The National Coastwatch Institution (NCI) is a voluntary organisation that was set up in order to maintain a visual watch along the UK's shores. Many years ago the Harbour View Cafe in Exmouth was home to the Exmouth Yacht and Sailing Club, and before this it was the salt water baths with a cafe.
From 1998 the Tower above the Harbour View Cafe has been the look out station for the Exmouth branch of the NCI. 

Because of the look-out's unique estuary position at the Exmouth NCI, it is possible for the operators to keep watch over all vessels, kite surfers, windsurfers, jet skiers, fishermen, divers, canoeists, kayakers, paddle boarders, rowers, beach users and swimmers in the area.

You will be in front of a webcam that takes a picture every few seconds.

To log this cache, you have to post this picture.
The picture should allow to identify you as a geocacher.

holding up an umbrella, banners, warning vests, balloons, headlights, or cheering into the camera... all the purpose is welcome!
