Description
Rozovarstvo
Rozovarstvo is the process of picking up the flower of the rose and then process it to produce rose oil. It is extracted through a distillation process in special copper pots and up to 3000 kg. of the flower is needed to produce 1 litter rose oil. Top quality roses are grown and harvested in the Kazanlak valley, also called the Rose Valley.

Розоварството се състои в бране на розови цветове и обработката им за производство на розово масло.Извличането му става чрез процес на дестилация в медни казани, като за производството на 1 литър са необходими до 3000 кг. цвят от рози. Розов цвят с най-високо качество се отглежда и добива в Казанлъшката долина, наречена още Розовата долина.
