The archaeologist is in the process of examining the remains of a lost civilization, and these inspections make rigorous excavations in places where they ultimately determine. They especially benefit from photos taken from the air and the old city plans. This profession is important for the region as it already has archaeological excavations in the city of Knidos in Datça.
