Il seguente affresco in monocromia (130x130 cm), in buone condizioni poiché recentemente restaurato, è situato nel lato nord di piazza Garibaldi.
È costituito da un elmo a cancello, posto di profilo, con accanto due aquile. Una è riposta al di sopra dell'elmo e retta da un carrello; al di sopra poggia una corona gemmata contenente 7 perle sulle punte. La seconda aquila è all'interno dello scudo sagomato: quest'ultimo è caratterizzato da 3 stelle, 5 raggi d'oro e infine è troncato da una fascia azzurra.
Indovinello: la password è l'animale raffigurato sullo stemma della biblioteca (5 lettere minuscole)
