Triebbrücke Kirchentellinsfurt
If you stand here on the bridge and look over the valley, you wouldn't think that this little agricultural track had been a main road only a few decades ago. Until around 1990 (I couldn't find the exact date) the nearby road bridge and the traffic junctions did not exist. Where federal highway 27 now is, was a smaller federal road leading to Tübingen along the northern riverside, connected to Kirchentellinsfurt over the Triebstraße. After construction of the new road bridge, the Triebstraße only connected to some fields and the lake. Since the track along the lake was in bad shape even the cycle trail used the road bridge.
In 2017 the track was upgraded and partly a new track was built. Now cyclists can use the much more convenient and nicer route along the lake - although the official signs still point you over the road bridge.
The cache:
You are searching for a little plastic container of about 0.25 l size. Smaller trading items may fit in.
You can park your bike directly over the cache. Cars can be usually be parked before the bridge. The bus stop "Einhornstraße" is quite close, and the railway station still in walking distance.
Attention: Do not confuse this cache with the nearby climbing cache of another platform!

Cachekontrolle - keine Dose mehr vorgefunden, auch die Tarnsteine waren deutlich weniger geworden.
Ich archiviere diese Dose erstmal. Möglicherweise wird es demnächst in der Nähe etwas Neues geben.

Cachekontrolle.
Irgendwie ist das seltsam. Das ist jetzt nicht das erste Mal, dass aus einem Cache das Logbuch verschwindet, aber die Dose noch am Ort ist. Ich habe provisorisch einfach einen Notizzettel reingelegt (bei den OC-typischen Besucherzahlen reicht das ja doch einige Zeit, und etwas anderes hatte ich gerade nicht griffbereit). Bin aber ohnehin am Überlegen, ob ich den Cache demnächst anders "neulade".

Der Platz um den Geocache sieht ein wenig verliedert aus, es wundert mich, daß das Dösle noch da ist, es liegt vollkommen ungetarnt rum.
Oben ist oft was los.

Erneute Cachekontrolle - alles in Ordnung und auch der FTF ist immer noch offen...
Übrigens wird gerade an der Triebbrücke eine Plattform gebaut, von der man in Zukunft wahrscheinlich die Vögel im der neu angelegten Flachwasserzone mit kleiner Vogelinsel beobachten können soll. Der Cache ist von diesen Bauarbeiten nicht betroffen und auch der Zugang ist unverändert möglich.
