English
The Kosmaj, is located 40 kilometers south-east of Belgrade. Entire area of the mountain belongs to the Belgrade City area. The Kosmaj is touristically well prepared for hiking, cycling and touring historic and religious landmarks. Several monasteries are located in the mountain's downhill: "Tresije", "Kastaljan" (in ruins) and "Pavlovac", all over 600 years old. There are two monuments on the top of the mountain, one dedicated to the fallen soldiers of World War I, the other to the soldiers of the Yugoslav Partisan "Kosmaj Partisan detachment" from World War II.
The cache is located on hiking trail between Monastery Tresije and monument dedicated to fallen soldiers of World War I. There is a bench at GZ on which you can sit and relax while logging geocache.
