Yes, before WorldWar I. here was the german-russian border. Poland has been divided to four parts at this time.
The village Borzykowo made a memorial at the former course of border.

Tak, przed pierwsza wojna swiatowa przebiegala tu granica niemiecko- rosyjska. Polska byla wtedy podzielona miedzy czterech zaborcow.
We wsi Borzykowo zostal postawiony pomnik, upamietniajacy te wydarzenia.

Ja schon, vor dem ersten Weltkrieg verlief hier die deutsch-russische Grenze. Polen war damals noch in vier Gebiete unterteilt.
Der Ort Borzykowo hat hier eine kleine Gedenkstätte am ehemaligen Grenzverlauf.
