Auf der A9, Anschlußstelle Bad Berneck i.F. / Himmelkron abfahren. Von der Anschlußstelle bis nach Bad Berneck sind es rund 5km.

Es würde uns freuen, wenn ihr Bilder von euch an Stage 3 macht und uns diese MAILT (Bitte keine Spoiler Bilder hier uploaden). Wir würden diese dann gerne in die Finalbox mit hineingeben. Auf Teamaufnahmen, bei einem anderen Ort/Stage würden wir uns natürlich auch freuen :)

Cache- bzw. Streckenbeschreibung:
---------------------------------
Der Cache ist ein Multi mit 4 Zwischenstationen (Mikros) und einem Final.
Es ist ein ordentlicher Höhenunterschied zu überwinden (~100 Höhenmeter auf rund 400m Strecke).

Für Stage 3 ist Beweglichkeit bzw. kurzes Klettern erforderlich. Falls man dies nicht hat bzw. kann, sollte man hier ein Hilfsmittel dabei haben. (Seil oder kleine Leiter!)

Der Multicache ist insgesamt von der Lösung der ersten Aufgabe bis zum Final und wieder zurück ~ 2km lang und wenn man alle Stationen + Final SOFORT findet in 30 - 45 Minuten machbar. Plant aber lieber etwas mehr Zeit ein, es lohnt sich :)

In der Stadt gibt es viele Parkplätze. Die Startkoordinaten führen euch zu dem größten kostenlosen Parkplatz, falls bei den anderen Parkplätzen nichts mehr frei ist. Den Weg zum Cache könnt Ihr mit einem Stadtbummel oder einem Besuch im Kurpark verbinden.

Sonstiges:

Gutes Schuhwerk und etwas Kondition,
das braucht man hier schon.

Viele Schritte müsst Ihr tun,
dann könntet Ihr bei einem Picknick ruhn.
(Für ein Picknick gibt es schöne Plätze)

Am Final besteht Absturzgefahr,
hier aufzupassen ist hoffentlich klar.

Startaufgabe:

Ihr findet auf einem städtischen Haus,

aus dem so mancher geht schlauer heraus,
das älteste Bild der Stadt,
das die Front des Gebäudes überzogen hat,
nehmt von diesem Bild die vier unterschiedlichen Jahreszahlen,
und dann können sie beginnen, die Rechenqualen ;)

Es gibt insgesamt fünf Jahreszahlen, zwei davon sind gleich. Berechnet die Quersumme der vier Jahreszahlen (Die doppelte nur einmal). Die kleinste der vier Zahlen ist A.

N: 50° 3,0 ([Quersumme der vier Zahlen]-6)
E: 11° 40, (A[kleinste Jahreszahl]-653)

Da es Probleme gab: Das Ergebniss der Quersumme ist zweistellig.

Approach:

Leave the Autobahn A9 at "Bad Berneck i.F. / Himmelkron". Follow now the signage to "Bad Berneck".

Cache- and Routedescription:
----------------------------
The Cache is a Mulitcache with 4 Stages (Microcaches) and a Final.
You must accomplish an altitude difference of about 100 meters, but the way is possible doable WITH Children (There are very few Chances to solve the Cache if you are a children!). The Route is not suited for buggys.

The Multicache is completely (From Stage 1 to Final) about 2km long and if you find immediately all Stages it is possible in 30 - 45 Minutes. But spend more time on it.

In Bad Berneck are a lot of parking places. The Startcoordinate show you the biggest and one of the only gratis parking place. On the way back you can go in the "city" or you join the spa gardens of Bad Berneck.

A very well footwear and a little condition,
and the Cache brings you to a high position.

It should be nice if you make photos of you on Stage 3 or any other Stages/Final and send it to us per Mail (Short contact over the Message System in Geocaching.com and we will send you the Mailadress. We will place then Pictures in the Finalbox.

You find the oldest Picture of Bad Berneck on a house.
It is at the front of a Building which you see, if you drive through the major street of Bad Berneck.
There are Five year dates on it, two are the same. Now calculate the checksum of this four year dates (The double just once).
The smallest of it is A

N: 50° 3,0 ([Checksum of the four year dates]-6)
E: 11° 40, (A[smalles Year]-653)

The checksum have two-digits!
