Because at the last event in Abensberg my rum cookies were very well received, here I present to you a little recipe .

HERE you can pre-check if the preparation was successful.

But I do not take any responsibility for the result tasting delicious. If someone would like to do some baking him-/herself, I recommend THIS recipe better (sorry, German only).

Rum cookies.

Ingredients.
4 heaped cups flour
78 g desiccated coconut
78 g plain chocolate
69 ml rum
57 g full cream milk chocolate
57 g cane sugar
52 g icing sugar
49 g butter
48 g raisins
48 ml yolk
46 ml egg white
32 ml milk
8 g vanilla sugar
8 heaped tablespoons cornstarch
4 level teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt

Cooking time: 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Method.
Clean mixing bowl.
Put flour into the mixing bowl.
Put desiccated coconut into the mixing bowl.
Put egg white into the mixing bowl.
Liquefy full cream milk chocolate.
Put full cream milk chocolate into the mixing bowl.
Put baking powder into the mixing bowl.
Put milk into the mixing bowl.
Put salt into the mixing bowl.
Liquefy butter.
Put butter into the mixing bowl.
Put rum into the mixing bowl.
Put milk into the mixing bowl.
Put cornstarch into the mixing bowl.
Put vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl.
Put yolk into the mixing bowl.
Put egg white into the mixing bowl.
Liquefy cane sugar.
Liquefy icing sugar.
Put cane sugar into the mixing bowl.
Put icing sugar into the mixing bowl.
Put milk into the mixing bowl.
Put raisins into the mixing bowl.
Liquefy plain chocolate.
Put plain chocolate into the mixing bowl.
Pour contents of the mixing bowl into the baking dish.

Serves 1.
