Description    Deutsch  ·  English

The countless rock carvings you can see here are mostly dated back to the bronce age.
The oldest carvings are 3700 years old, but this side was used for centuries till early AD.
You can see several fot prints, boats with people, a parade of men, different kinds of animals and several geometrical figures.

At least in high season there is a guide, who informs you about the side if you like. The visit of Leirfall is free, pariking area is available.

The archaeological side consists of for fields (Lerfald 1-4) and at every field information desks will inform you what you can see.

To log this VC as a found you have to fulfill the following two tasks:
1.) Upload a photo of your favourite carving in Leirfall and tell in your online-log, why you choose this one.
2.) Look for the information desk Lerfald 2. In the english description is mentioned what one the the boats seems to have as an extra feature. These two words form the password. Example: If the boat seems to have an extra jumping man, the password would be jumping_man!
