This cache leads you through the former exclave Steinstücken. It's a territory, that has been occupied by the Western Allies but was surrounded by East German territory. In 1961 the Berlin Wall was built and shortly afterwards the communist regime in East Germany specially built a wall around Steinstücken as well. That's why US-soldiers were regularly flown in by helicopter from then on. Within the Four Power Agreement on Berlin in 1971, Steinstücken has been connected with West Berlin by a tiny sliver of land.
You will get more information about Steinstücken from memorial places during your tour.

Bitte bei Statusänderungen, die bei geocaching.com durchgeführt werden, auch immer hier den Status ändern.
Dieser Cache ist auf geocaching.com archiviert und hier nicht mit dem Attribut "OC only" versehen. Das letzte Funddatum liegt lange zurück und das Ownerlog auf geocaching.com läßt darauf schließen, dass der Cache nicht weiter betreut wird. Aus diesem Grunde archiviere ich ihn auch hier. Sollten sich später neue Aspekte ergeben, so kann dieses Listing durch den Owner selbständig über ein "kann gesucht werden"-Log reaktiviert werden.

Sehr schöner Cache insgesamt mit tollen Ideen, bei Station 2 waren wir naturgemäß etwas länger am Werk, zum Glück hatte ich vorher die Scheibe gebastelt Hat dann alles auch super geklappt, ist schon bissl schade dass der Cache jetzt so verlottert, fände eine Überarbeitung zumindest am Bonus angebracht.

Habe einen TB dagelassen.

Ha super Cache und den würde ich auch glatt empfehlen. Schade, das der Bonus heut nicht möglich war.

Heute ging es in die Exklave, um sich nach den Regentagen mal ein wenig die Beine zu vertreten.
Die Ecke mit den Rotorblättern kannte ich noch nicht.
An Station 2 haben wir kräftig an der Scheibe gedreht und waren der Meinung, verstanden zu haben, was hier gefragt ist, aber ein Hinweis für A zeigte sich an der vermeintlich richtigen Stelle nicht.
So haben wir uns einfach mit etwas Logik und einer Portion Instinkt auf die Suche nach dem Final gemacht. Und das führte uns auch problemlos zur Dose.

Leider ist die Dose innen naß und das Logbuch dementsprechend feucht.

Danke für den netten Spaziergang und den "Anti-Mickro-Cache".

Danke für die schöne und interessante Runde durch Steinstücken. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Decodieren mit dem Farbcode. Aber auch das Final und der Bonus waren unerwartet schön.
