You can guess that the railroad is not far away from this place. The cache is hidden on the nothern side of the railroad so please come up from this side. NEARBY THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO CROSS THE RAILROAD SO DON'T CROSS THEM BECAUSE OF DANGER FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!
Furthermore I ask you to respect the livelihood of our farmers so do not destroy anything on the fields nearby!
Now about the cache.
Directly at the place where the cache is hidden you will find a basement on the ground. This basement is from the former bridge across the railroad for farmers and pedestrian to cross without any danger. This is also the last hint of the hiking trail that only exists in the cards of the land surveying office of Markdorf.
Just look also for the "Wiesencache" OCF83B. It's nearby!

Diesen OC-only-Cache wollte ich vor einiger Zeit mal im Sommer angehen, habe dann aber wegen der hohen Botanik auf dem Weg dahin abgebrochen. Heute passte es dann und ich konnte die Dose zielgenau ansteuern. Von den Fundamenten ist leider nichts mehr zu sehen, aber dass hier mal eine Brücke war, ist plausibel.

Da ich eh in Markdorf unterwegs war, suchte ich endlich nach diesem Lost Place.
Der Zugang ist nicht bei Bewuchs zu empfehlen, aber heute (im Winter) war es gut machbar. Die Dose war bald entdeckt. Beim Eintrag ins Logbuch war ich erst etwas verwirrt, da es von einem anderen Cache stammte/übernommen wurde.
Das Fundament selbst war nicht mehr zu erkennen, da die Natur die Umgebung zurück erobert hat. Aber vorstellbar ist diese Stelle durchaus, wenn man das Bildmaterial aus der Vergangenheit anschaut.
Nun wurde dieser Cache nach recht langer Zeit wieder aus dem Dornröschenschlaf geweckt. Hoffentlich suchen andere in kürzerem Abstand auch danach.

Heute besuchten wir den Wiesencache, so sahen wir, dass hier noch ein Lost place Cache liegt. Heute kann man sich das nicht mehr vorstellen, dass hier eine Brücke war. Den Cache gut gefunden und geloggt.

Gut gefunden.
Interessant, dass es hier mal eine Brücke gab.
Von dem "Lost place" ist allerdings wirklich nicht viel zu sehen.
