the model flyers.
Today, I accompanied my father to a free-flying event and seized the opportunity to hide El Achimo's first(!) Eifel cache. I could not remember the exact coordinates. But in the vicinity, at the above-mentioned position, there's a sign, with it's help you can assemble the coordinates. The count of arrows thereon gives "A" and the count of all mentioned places gives "B". So the new coordinates are N50° 44.B97' and E006° AA.A9A'. Look out for some nearby parking space and walk the rest by foot.
The area is really plain and beautiful! The cache originally contains:
a pencil
a logbook
a bag of tea (for one litre)
a cleaning tissue for glasses
some old spanish coins
a sea-ear (shell from the mediterranean sea)
a sample of NIVEA skin cream
It's not a "micro cache" but also not a big one!! Please bring along small items. When model flyers are around, just have a look.
They throw their model planes up in the air only to run after them for miles... Contests are taking place on weekends on the fields around the forest. Furthermore, in close proximity there is an airfield for ultralight aircraft. Have fun searching, El Achimo

ha encontrado el geocache
Cache nach einiger Suche im Wald gefunden. Naja, zuerst teilweise. Das Logbuch lag mit defekter und undichter Tüte an einen Baum gelehnt. Das Logbch ist total aufgeweicht und kann nicht mehr benutzt bzw. nichts mehr eingetragen werden. Nach weiterer Suche habe ich dann den Rest gefunden. Die Tüte war -vermutlich von Wild- angeknabbert und daher auch undicht. Den Inhalt habe ich nicht gewagt auszupacken. Die Dose ist zerstört und darinnen ist wohl auch sonst nichts mehr so wie es sein sollte. Das Logbuch habe ich zu dem Rest gelegt und wieder ordentlich versteckt. Hier sollte der Owner mal alles wieder in Ordung bringen.
Dennoch nette Wanderung

In der Abend Dämmerung, als wir schon wegen der Dunkelheit
aufgeben wollten. Stolperte ein Koala noch über den Cache.
Das GPS hatte Total durchgedreht.
Leider war die Dose, kaputt und auch sonst nicht gerade in einem
guten Zustand sollte wirklich mal nachgeschaut werden.
Ansonsten fanden wir die Gegend sehr schön.
Gefunden mit chrisdiver.
Nichts getauscht.

no han encontrado el geocaching
Ohne den Hinweis (erst wieder zu Hause gelesen) haben wir den Schatz trotz der richtigen Koordinaten leider nicht gefunden.
Wir versuchen es später noch mal.
