To lock this multicache, you need to have a bit of mathematical
knowledge. The coordinates in the header are not those of the cache, but
of a playing ground, from which we recommend to start. You can park
your car at the nearby houses.
Before hunting this cache, here's your "homework": The following
addition can be solved by assigning a digit to every letter.

Find out the correct digits for the nine letters, so that the result of the calculation is correct. Every digit only occurs once. Then you can fill in the digits in the following coordinates to find stage 1 of the cache:
*** STAGE 1 *** : N49° WF,ZFS E10° LO,LCE (the "O" is the letter O, not zero!)
Go to the coordinates and search for a striking object. Attached to the object is a crypted hint that leads you to stage 2. To decode the hint you need the following decrypt table:

Hint: The coordinates you'll get are in decimal format (DD.DDDDD) You'll have to either convert them to the HDD MM.MMM format or to switch your GPS device to decimal format. Having done so, the coordinates lead you to stage 2.

Look for a microcache here. Enclosed you'll find two little, mathematical riddles (not so hard). Solving the riddles will give you six digits A, B, C, D, E and F, with which you can calculate the coordinates of Stage 3:

Nachdem der Cache nun zum zweiten Mal unter Wasser stand, werde ich ihn dort nicht wieder auslegen.

Stage 1 gleich gefunden, jedoch den Hinweis mehr durch Glück entdeckt. Danach haben wir uns etwas verwirrt auf den Weg nach Stage 2 gemacht, da unser Foretrex nur 5 Dezimalstellen annimmt - im Hinweis waren je 6 Stellen angebeben. Aber die Motivation als "Greenhorns" hat uns angetrieben es einfach zu versuchen - und wir wurden belohnt!! Rätsel gleich gelöst (der Rätselzettel im Glas löst sich auch bald auf!). Cache dann gut gefunden - ob der allerdings das nächste Hochwasser überlebt? Inhalt war schon etwas feucht und keine Tüte mehr in Sicht - das nächste Mal haben wir immer Ersatztüten dabei. Ansonsten sehr schöner Cache und #2 gehen wir bei der nächsten Gelegenheit an. Allerdings möchte ich noch die Kinderwagentauglichkeit von Stage 2 (die letzten 120m) in Frage stellen! ;-)

Beim ersten Versuch vor etlichen Wochen mußte ich abbrechen, da die Taschenlampe im Auto lag, dann wurde der Cache restauriert ...
... aber heute war er dran: zuerst den Mikro mit den Aufgaben gefunden und gelöst. Am Zielpunkt war erstmal Warten angesagt, um eine 3er-Gruppe Geomuggels vorbeizulassen. Dann ein gezielter Griff in ein gut getarntes Versteck und immer wieder ein Kontrollblick durch das Spionloch.

So ein schöner Multicache und sehr gut mit dem Rad abzufahren. Die Rätsel waren fair und interessant. Das erste Rätsel war das schwerste. Die Umrechnung erledigte das GPS. Hat viel Spass gemacht und etwas von dem trüben Wetter abgelenkt. Danke.
