with the abolition of the hunt monopoly on 20 April 1808, the hunting right turned into in Bavaria to the state.

Starting from 1829 could each independent citizen, the who 21. Year of life had completed and over a safe income ordered, legislation on farm leases to attain.

So also in the environment of Wettstetten, in which first occupied legislation on farm leases was noticed 1850 by Johann Högner, Rotgerbermeister from Ingolstadt.

From here you have a wonderful view, because of the hill “Geisberg” one has a wonderful view in beautiful weather over the Donautal, up to the Kastulusberg and after Geisenfeld. Sometimes even the mountains with the Zugspitze are to be recognized!
