The first cache in Simferopol'

Autonomous Republic of crimea

Welcome to the Republic of Crimea, Welcome to simferopol.
If you arrived by plane in Moscow then I hope you enjoyed your 2 hour flight. After a 30 min Taxi or bus ride you should have arrived in the capital city of the republic of Crimea.
Now you want to search for a cache? But the next Cache is at least 30km away?
Well, this is exactly what happened to me on my first visit here. So to change this I have thought up of a very special idea for a cache.
The first letterbox in the republic of Crimea.
Before you go through to the Cache description I will give you a small history lesson. Of course you could just jump past this section, but why would you want to do a thing like that? History is knowledge, Knowledge is power, power is awesome.

After Sevastopol is Simferopol with its 33780 occupancy the second largest city on this beautiful peninsula. Many of the occupants say that there is not much of interest to see, however if you look more closely there is many things to see and discover. For instance the salgirka city park or the even the ancient Greek Scythian Neapolis. Of course there is lots more including the reason you are reading this, a Geocache.
The walking distance of this cache is about 1 kilometer and takes about 30 minutes.

Don’t skip the stations, because you need the numbers.
---------------------------------------------------------------
You are standing at the Lenin Monument. Look around and count the flagpoles (DE) right behind Mr. Lenin.
Now that you have this number, use your navigation skills to find the next station by using the following instructions: Distance 237 Meters at bearing 30,13°.
Enjoy your walk and don’t forget to take photos along the route.
The next waypoint on your route is not usually found in this part of the world, but you can find a nice restaurant inside.
To solve the next task you don’t have to buy anything. Simply stand outside and count the windows (AB) and continue with the following instructions:
260,52 Meters at bearing 21,29°.
I recommend you using the underpass to cross the street, and while you do that, you will see the various underground stores here.
Now you are standing at the cinema of Simferopol. From here you can also see the “200 years of Simferopol Park” to your Southwest, which I can recommend for walking and photos.
If you walk by the street side to the north you can discover something unusual called “CFC”. You can do so after you found this cache.
At the cinema, just count the number of benches (C) inside the square and walk to the east for about 170 Meters.
Now you are right in front of Ekaterina the Great who made Crimea part of Russia in 1783.
This monument was erected back in 2016 and is one of the newest monuments in Simferopol. So take a moment to relax and take the photo with her.
To reach the final coordinates you can use the following formula:
Number of flagpoles at Lenin square = (DE)
Number of windows at station 2 - 25 = (AB)
Number of benches at the cinema = (C)
N 44° 57.0ab E 034° 06.cde

Careful when crossing the street.
At the final coordinates you will come up to an arc. Just enter and turn to your right.
Please use the spoiler to find the cache.
The cache is outside of a gallery and the owners and neighbors are aware of this cache. But it doesn’t mean you can stop being stealthy.
You can visit the gallery at no charge at all, but it’s not necessary to obtain the cache.
DO NOT REMOVE THE STAMP!
Please use common sense at the location, as this is private property. So don’t come here in the middle of the night. Recommended time to do this cache is between 9 am and 9 pm.
Don’t do anything you wouldn’t others like to do at your private property.
