Take a picture of yourself using the webcam at the Aachen city hall. The best spot is in front of the stairs. If you like, you can use an umbrella to be more recognisable (see example picture).The webpage of the webcam is here.

It wasn't as easy to log the webcam cache as the description may suggest at first sight. I found two options to log the cache: first, and this is how I logged the cache, was to retrieve the webcam picture from:
https://www.bergfex.de/sommer/aachen/webcams/c16126/ .
The picture here unfortunately updates itself about ever 15 minutes. Although it claims the picture gets taken at 12:01, 12:16 etc., the picture can be anytime within the 15 minute period. In the worst case you could stand there for more than 20 minutes. Second, I found out that it is possible to copy the image address on the official Aachen city website and paste it in a new tab. I hope I am able to be recognised as I wasn't able to hold up my hand for 15 minutes.

Heute habe ich den Lab zum Räuber Anton gemacht und dabei endlich die Gelegenheit genutzt hier ein Webcam Foto zu machen.
Mit der grauen Jacke erkennt man mich leider nicht so gut, ich stehe direkt vor der Tür unten in der Treppe.
