Description Deutsch · English
History:
The castle was built in 12. century by Otto von Machland who owned entire Upper Austria. At that time it was a fortress consisting of two towers of over 40 meters in height. These two impressive buildings, one round and one rectangular, still exist in the very same shape today.
Park at N 48° 13.336' E 014° 46.457'
Start the tour at the chapel N 48° 13.320' E 014° 46.562'
1. When did the oak fall down? = A
2. When was the castle built? = B
now move to:
N 48° 13.A-6²-B-1000/2'
E 014° 46.A-1250'
3. Searched is again a year. This number with four digits = C
now move to:
N 48° 13.A-1680'
E 014° 46.(C-B)-(A-C)+5²'
4. At this point you find out what earlier here was stored.
Go in and count the struts in the door = D
Proceed now up to the castle gate
5. How many pinnacles are to be seen on the west side of the main building? = E
Hint: The number of the pinnacles is the same as the last number on the church clock.
6. How many stone segments do you see in the outside of the castle’s gate? (Basement incl.) = F
Hint: The sum of digits from D and F are identical.
Now you have a nice look in the castle court (when open to the public). A guidance in the castle is worthwhile but not needed for the cache.

Zuerst brachte uns eine kleine Ungereimtheit auf den falschen Pfad, nach einer Korrektur fanden wir den Cache aber an einem passenden Ort.
