RUNDUMADUM

RUNDUMADUM ("around") is the name of a hiking path that leads around Vienna. More information about the route can be found in the internet at www.natuerlich.wien/rundumadum/dergruenguertel.

RUNDUMADUM is the name of this box, it is a socalled "Moving Cache". Its task is to travel around Vienna along the above mentioned hiking route. It needs your help to do so. This is how it is supposed to work: 1. If you find this cache, write your log into the logbook. If you wish you can trade. 2. Do not forget to note the code-word, you will need it to log in the Internet. 3. Do something, that is an absolute no-no-no with other caches: Take the box with you! Carry it a bit further along its scheduled route. 4. Look for a new suitable hiding-place and leave it there. 5. Measure the new coordinates. Please take your time to get the best possible result. 6. Take your camera and make a Spoiler-picture. 7. At home: Write your log in the web, post the new coordinates and the Spoiler-Picture.

Please leave the cache only in good, solid hiding-places. It may take a very long time until it has another visitor. Just covering it with some leaves will not do! The box is rather small, so if you don't find a good hiding-place you may try to hide it in one of the other caches along the route (just like a travelbug). But not all of them are large enough. If you place it in an existing cache, do not post the final coordinates of these caches. Use the start-coordinates and a link to the cache instead.

The cache is a small 5 x 5 cm box with a blue lid.
