has locked the cache
english (short): This virtual has no logging condition (e.g. number which can only be found at the location), therefore I lock this cache. When the logging condition is added to the listing, then this cache can easily reactivated by the owner himself.
german (long): Dieser virtuelle Cache beeinhaltet keine Logbedingung (z.B. Kennwort, daß nur vor Ort ermittelt werden kann). Der Owner sollte hier unbedingt das Listing erweitern, bis dahin setze ich den Status auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar". Sobald der Cache wieder gesucht werden kann, so kann dieses Listing selbständig über ein "kann gesucht werden"-Log reaktiviert werden.
