The beacon marks the south-eastern part of the entrance to the lake. It's a nice place for watching tourist activities on the beach, ships and boats of all kinds and spectacular sunrises and sunsets as well. Simply enjoy the Baltic Sea!
In order to reach the cache you have to climb a relatively long mole. Depending on the wind the mole may partly be washed by waves. Under these circumstances, and in rainy weather as well, the stones are extremely slippery! That's what the terrain difficulty refers to. The mole adjoins to Fehmarn South Beach which is subject to fee. However, if you climb the mole directly at Cafe Sorgenfrei, you will not have to step on the beach. The cafe is highly recommended for a break before or after cashing!
If you don't want to climb at all, you may also reach the cache location with a boat, surfboard or by swimming.
You need good shoes and – if night caching - a headlamp, as you will need your hands for climbing. Depending on the state of the sea, you might also need rain gear and a towel.

Dieser Cache ist seit mehr als einem Jahr „momentan nicht verfügbar“; daher wird er automatisch archiviert. Er kann vom Besitzer jederzeit instand gesetzt und reaktiviert werden.

no han encontrado el geocaching
Hier war leider gar nix zu finden...außer einer ins Wasser führenden schwarzen Leine, die sich auch bei etwas Zug nicht bewegte. Früher oder später holt sich die See halt alles zurück

Wir haben das trockene Wetter genutzt und konnten gut bis zur Dose vordringen. Das öffnen war dann aber doch ein Problem. Wenn man vorher richtig gelesen hätte, hätten wir vielleicht mehr als Plastekuli und Finger dabei gehabt.

ha encontrado el geocache
Das war für uns einer der schönsten Caches auf der Insel Fehmarn, auch die Art des Cachebehälters kannten wir so noch nicht und war neu für uns. Wir haben ohne Werkzeug den Behälter geöffnet bekommen, so sahen unsere Finger danach auch aus und schmerzten noch ein paar Tage als Erinnerung weiter.

Während des Aufenthalts mit meinen Jugendfeuerwehr-Kids auf Fehmarn gefunden. Hatten schöne Tage auf der Insel und super Caches! Is echt eine Tolle Sache dieses Ding und bei Nacht wars gleich nochmal so spannend!
