Tjornin Lake - one of the most famous in Iceland. The waters of this small lake, considered one of the cleanest in the world, and it's a given that it is located in the city center. On a clear day in the mirrored surface Tjornin as a mirror reflects the bright blue sky Iceland.
On the lake is home to more than forty species of birds - gulls, swans, geese, terns. Signs placed along the lake with a precise description of their species. Feed the birds come all Reykjavík.
