This cache is located at the edge of the nature reserve "Natura 2000 - Seckbacher Ried", an former watercourse of the River Main. Already in 1937 it was designated as a protected area, so that could make or hold an outstanding flora and fauna here.
A pretty bird who here has its habitat, is the rare golden oriole. He likes to be near water and you might hear its fluting voice (there is an audio file on the Wikipedia page linked in the german version).
Also in order to find the hiding place, it helps to raise your eyes.
Vehicles can be parked most relaxed in the north Kruppstraße, such as house number 121-138 (in 60388 Frankfurt am Main).

Heute haben wir Mal ne kleine Tour mit den Rädern in und um Bergen-Enkheim gedreht und ein paar schöne Caches besucht und gefunden. TFTC!

Heute Nachmittag ging es auf eine kleine Cacherunde nach Frankfurt. Die Dosen wurden meist gut gefunden, leider war auch ein DNF dabei und bei zwei Caches konnte ich durch Muggel gar nicht erst suchen (die beiden in der Gewinnerstraße - an der Batschkapp war gerade heute eine Veranstaltung und die Bushaltestelle war besetzt).
Schöne Idee. Ich wollte einen TB dalassen, habe aber dann bemerkt, dass ich die daheim gelassen hatte.
Vielen Dank an alle Owner für das Auslegen der Dosen und Grüße aus Zeppelinheim
