To log this cache, you have to post this picture.
The picture should allow to identify you as a geocacher.
How you do that is up to you, if you want:

Heute verbrachte ich einen Tag in Schäßburg. Dabei konnte ich auch diese Webcam finden. Leider konnte ich, trotz mehrmaligen Versuchen, keine Verbindung zur Webcam aufbauen. Daher machte ich ein Foto von der Webcam mit meinem Spitznamen.

Today I spent a day in Sighisoara. I was also able to find this webcam. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts, I could not establish a connection to the webcam. So I took a photo from the webcam with my nickname.

Unsere letzte Station in Siebenbürgen war Schäßburg. Da unser Hotel direkt am großen Platz lag, habe ich es mir natürlich nicht nehmen lassen, auch diese Webcam zu besuchen. Da ich leider kein mobiles Internet hatte, habe ich stattdessen ein Bild von mir mit der Webcam im Hintergrund gemacht. Ich hoffe, das ist ok so.
