Not a Siegbürger-Streich (reloaded als OConly)

I was inspired to make this mystery cache by Wigone's series called "Streiche der Siegbürger" which refers to the politicians and citizens of Siegburg tricking each other. The story behind this cache is such a trick, too, but has nothing to do with Siegburg. It is not very difficult to solve this mystery if you use the internet.

Turn on the radio, listen to the story and find out what has been censored (exclusively for this geocache) with a BEEP.

Please keep in mind that the audio recording dates back to 2003. Nowadays the situation is a little different, not really less confusing though... It's about a strange conflict that has been going on for decades. You'll find out!

Once you find what you are after, this is how to determine the final coordinates:

A = total number of words
B = total number of letters
C = sum of alphabetical values of all letters
D = cross sum of alphabetical values of all letters
E = count letter "E" in the answer
F = count letter "F" in the answer

You might already know this geocache from the time when it was still listed on GC.com. Of course, you are allowed to log again on OC. I plan to move more and more geocaches to OC (as OConly) because I disagree with the business practices and the overall situation at GC.
