Along the route of infamous "South Loop" of the Hejaz100 Ultra Marathon 2017, Run/Camp/Run 2017 and Tarawih Trail half-marathon 1438.

Despite not being as high as the nearby SMF peak, you'll get to see an amazing view from the area. If you do the full loop, you'll get to see some greeneries.
