Zuhause - im Siebengebirge - nicht weit vom Rhein entfernt auf einem kleinen Gipfel, liegt der ganz außergewöhnliche und fast alpine Cache "Erholung". Viele, die den Cache gefunden haben, bleiben ihm treu, kommen immer wieder gerne dorthin zurück oder schicken schon mal einen Gruß aus der Ferne.

Heute beim Aufstieg zu der alten Ruine hatte ich ein paar Momente, die mich sehr an "Erholung" erinnerten. (Ich hatte den schwierigen Aufstieg gewählt.) Deshalb habe ich mal spontan eine Dose am Gipfel gelassen und sie der "richtigen Erholung" gewidmet. - Viele Grüße an die Crazies und den Erholung-Fan-Club!

Zum Cache: Die Dose liegt ziemlich weit oben vor einem kleinen Abgrund. Es ist ein Small, in dem sich noch eine Filmdose mit dem kleinen Logbuch befindet. Um zur Ruine zu gelangen, kann man (mindestens) zwei Routen wählen. Die erste startet in der kleinen Wohnsiedlung direkt über der Strasse am Meer, führt in gerader Linie nach oben und ist ziemlich heftig und streckenweise dornig (Terrain 4*). Die zweite Route startet in der Kurve mit dem kleinen Hotel, dort wo der Bach mündet und führt erstmal etwas ins Hinterland um sich dann von hinten wieder der Burgruine zu nähern (Terrain 2*).
