Müllersches Volksbad

The Müllersche Volksbad (public bath) in Munich's old town is one of the most beautiful bathing houses of Europe. The neo-baroque Art Nouveau building was at its completion in 1901, the largest and most expensive swimming pool in the world and the first public indoor pool in Munich. The large pool is topped by an impressive barrel vault with a gallery, also there are many baroque decorative elements such as wall paintings, stucco, bronze statues and ornate iron railings in the bathroom.
The tower is used for water reserve  and constant water pressure.
The building has two pools, the larger (30 × 12 m) was originally the "mens pool", the smaller about 18 × 11 m wide was used exclusively until 1989 as a women's pool.
A special attraction is the Roman-Irish steam bath. Unlike in the sauna you can heat your body slowly to different temperatures (45, 60, 80 ° C). Then you can cool off, for example in the "iron maiden". This is a semi-circular shower with ten hidden metal pipes, which squirts out from the bottom up cold water.
Until 1978 there was a dog bath in the basement, as well as public showers and baths.

To log this virtual cache you need a password which can be found near the entrance.

At the cache coordinates (possibly inaccurate because poor reception) is a green and beige metal plate. The only word on this plate matches the password (upper case).
