Description
SightSeeingVirtualCaches series
SightSeeingVirtualCaches are virtual caches, which show you attractions all over the wiorld. The caches of this series are always OC-Only and can only be logged with a password, which you find at the specific location.
You are invited to log with a photo, but this is completely voluntary.

Puente Nuevo
Puente Nuevo, Ronda's 'new bridge' was completed in 1793, after 40 years in construction and after the loss of
the lives of 50 builders constructing the span bridging the 98m Tajo gorge. The bridge bisects Ronda into new town
(mercadillo, 'little market') and old (La Ciudad). (source: andalucia.com, photo: mic@).
The cache
For logging this virtual cache, just go to the place at the end of the bridge. There You find many lanterns.
Find out their year of origin (see orange marked spot) and use this number as the log password..

Auf unserer Runde durch Portugal, Gibraltar und Spanien wurde auch Ronda besucht.
Eine sehr schöne Stadt..

Wir fanden Ronda sehenswert. Wegen des 101km-Rennens am nächsten Tag war schon ziemlich viel Betrieb. Empfehlenswert: Pause auf der Dachterrasse des Restaurante Panoramico mit Blick auf die Arena. DfdC!

Das war unser erster Cache auf dieser Reise. Die Brücke ist spannend. Nur habe ich nicht ganz verstanden wo das Wasser durch ging.

Vielen lieben Dank für diesen Cache. Hatten leider nicht so sehr viel Zeit in dieser wunderschönen kleinen Stadt, wollen aber nochmals mit mehr Zeit im Gepäck zurückkommen, um gerade diesen Ort auch am Abend zu geniessen :)
