Description
Task 1: Go to the start-coordinates. You will find some (tall) artifact. Read the sign and keep the part before the '-' in mind.
Task 2: Go to N 51° 51.865', E 6° 10.264'. Find the roman inscription (under the roof). Can you detect a number there?!!! Note: Inside the building is an interesting thing, if you're able to get in and have a look, you might like to do so...
Task 3: Now you need to search for the tombstone of Anne. Anne's Surname is like the word you found in Task 1 (quite like, as in former times they wrote the name slightly different). Hint: Anne died at the age of 85! Aehm, you won't find the tombstone directly at Task 2 of course, but we're sure, you know where to search for tombstones... 
Read the inscription and note the years of Anne's birth and death.
Task 4: Go to the following coordinates:
N 51° 5x.xxx' with x.xxx = Year of Anne's birth
E 6° 10.yyy' with yyy = 25 * [Number from Task 2]
This is a point with a great view. Go to the giant 'gate', stand in the middle and have a look around. Ok, enough fun, back to work:
- how tall is the gate? (ggg centimeters)
- find the artist between 'Brienen' and 'Rindern'. What is his number? (a)
- How old are the 'eyes'? (first digit => f)
Task 5: Now you know the cache location! It is at the coordinates
N 51° 5p.ppp' with p.ppp = f^(a+2*Last Digit of Year of Anne's death), "^" means "to the power of", an example: 5^3=125
E 6° 10.ggg'
Find the cache in a shallow pit between two trees and covered with wood and moss.

Die Wildensteiner

Es ist uns eine besondere Ehre, heute hier sein zu dürfen. Und diesen Cache suchen und finden zu können.
Und heute, hier, am ältesten Multi Deutschlands, war das schon ein besonderes Gefühl.
Die Werte waren schnell ermittelt, dann folgte ein wunderschöner Spaziergang in warmer Frühlingsluft, und schon war die Dose da.
Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an die Alt- und die Neu-Owner. Schön, dass es diesen Cache gab und immer noch gibt.
Und eine Erinnerung an den Dosenfischersong sei gestattet: Das war'n die goldenen Zeiten ...
Pythagoras meinte einst:

Die Nutzungsbedingungen von opencaching.de enthalten unter anderem diesen Punkt:
Ist der Geocache auch auf anderen Webseiten veröffentlicht, so muss die Beschreibung immer auf allen Webseiten aktuell und vollständig gehalten werden. Aktualisierungen der Beschreibung müssen zeitnah auch auf den anderen Plattformen vorgenommen werden.
Hier stimmt leider das Listing nicht mit geocaching.com (GC878) überein, denn der Text wurde ergeblich erweitert und neue Variablen dem Listing hinzugefügt. Der Owner sollte hier dringend das Listing aktualisieren, bis dahin setze ich den Status auf "Momentan nicht verfügbar". Sollte innerhalb eines Monats (08.02.2024) keine Rückmeldung erfolgen, werde ich den Cache archivieren.

geloggt mit Abgleich über https://wiki.opencaching.de/index.php/Cmanager
Mit diesem Cache wollte ich quasi 2 Fliegen mit einer Klatsche schlagen: Kreis Kleve als weißen Fleck auf meiner NRW-Karte füllen und Mai 2001 fehlte mir noch auf der Versteckmonat-Matrix, so wie die meisten Monate dieses Jahres.
Vom Bahnhof aus radelte ich zu den Startkoords und weiter entlang der Runde, besuchte auch noch einige Begleitcaches und am Ende konnte ich ein vergleichsweise flach getarntes Final finden. Wie ich in einem früheren Log gelesen hatte, auch noch den ältesten noch aktiven Multi in Deutschland. War es früher üblich, alle Listings auf englisch zu halten? Gibt schon einige Unterschiede zur Art, wie spätere Listings aufgemacht sind.

Das älteste mir fehlende Versteckdatum lockte mich wie viele andere vor mir hierhin. Zum Glück hatte ich im Vorfeld den alten Log von 07/21 gesehen, so das ich alle Variablen beisammen hatte. Danke! Gruß aus Hamm-Heessen!
