Beim Klabautermann!

Early in the morning at Mannheim harbour. Mr Klabautermann wakes up - he slept the whole night on a park bench and can't remember anything from last nights' party... After he drunk a nip of his bottle of rum he realizes that his golden compass is missing! He looks in all of his pockets - nothing.

Dammit - this part he does not remember at all... or does he? Mr Klabautermann only knows that where the sun rises he has seen the name of a german radical coalition in silver letters on a wall... or is this "coalition" still active? Well - at least this part he remembers. Mr Klabautermann looks around and sees (a little hidden) the name of an European country in blue letters on a wall. The first letter in his place in the alphabet is I.
