1. Checksum of the year, in which this hill has been built = A

2. Age of the flying pioneer on the day, he died = B

3. Number of flying pioneers' helpers mentioned on the memorial tablet besides the stairs = C

4. Number of stairs up to the hill (counted from the beginning of the handrail) = D

I chose a totally new hiding place, so you can also log if you already have one of the former OTTO's. Of course you can only do so, if you also find OTTO (the 6th try).
