byo pen !!! beware of muggels, stealthmode highly recommended !!!
The small path next to the "Center of Justice" is used daily by many of the public servants to reach their office in one of the surrounding buildings coming from "Wien Mitte" station. These buildings include the "Center of Justice" the Ministry for Finance, the finance court, the federal computing centre, the Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology, the Ministry for Health, the Tax Office for large firms, some buildings of the highschool of Arts and some more. On your way to the "Bundesamtsgebäude" on the other end of the "Beamtenschlucht" ("public servants gorch" as this courtyard is fondly called by its "residents") you'll meet a lot of grey, grumpy and crooked beeings with blank expression before/after office hours.
The only bright spot is the Kindergarten (for government employees), from which one can observe sounds of pure joy of life as contrast; sadly one also can observe heartbreaking scenes of parting in the mornings.
To the left (in front of the "Bundesamtsgebäude") you'll find another modern metal sculpture showing nine flying flags, allegorising the nine federal districts of austria. Once crowning the building until the fixture got loose and the statics were questioned.
If you arive here during office hours, use the back entrance to the "Bundesamtsgebäude" and - after clearing the maze to the entrance hall - see the archetyp of the public servants: den "Kopflosen" (headless man, no permission to place a cache for security reasons) and a miniature of the building. You can leave the building through the main portal towards danube channel.

Today I passed close by this cache together with AnnaMoritz and today was time for a short detour. Amazing that a cache gets almost ignored when it does not lead to a +1 increase of the find counter on gc.com. The cache is in proper condition. I have never heard before about the term Beamtenschlucht.

TFTC
