Description
At the above coordinates, one of these webcams (image link) will take a photo of you every 15 minutes. Please show that you are a geocacher, e.g. by holding up an umbrella or cheering into the camera. Then have someone save the photo, or save it as a screenshot on your smartphone. Append the picture to your "found" log for this geocache, to prove that you have visited the location.
The difficulty level 5 derives from reaching the location, then establishing a phone or internet connection (ask for WLAN access!) and finally waiting up to 15 minutes in arctic weather for the cam shot. 
Listing coordinates may be unprecise here. For a nice picture, you should be standing some dozen meters north of and looking towards the Big House.
