The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) is an inter-governmental forum for 21 member economies in the Pacific Rim. It promotes free trade throughout the Asia-Pacific region. In 2017 Da Nang hosted the annual APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting.
You are now standing in the APEC Park. Stroll around and look at the cultural artefacts, which are designed and built by each APEC member.
